Triple Crown Senior Living Expands its Footprint in 2025 and Announces Growth Plan for 2026

Louisville based senior living provider expanded to 17 communities across five states in 2025.
Triple Crown Senior Living, a leading provider of upscale senior living services, acquired three new communities in Houston, Texas MSA, located in Pearland, Port Lavaca, and Kingwood. This strategic expansion marks the company’s entrance into the Houston, Texas market where it intends to grow a regional portfolio and is creating a Texas based operations team. It also took over management of two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Bardstown and Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and began construction on two new developments in Bowling Green, KY and Newburg, IN.
The new communities will offer Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services, continuing Triple Crown’s commitment to providing personalized, high-quality care in thoughtfully designed residential environments.
In 2026, the company expects continuing strategic growth in three ways, new development, acquisitions and third-party management.
