Triple Crown Senior Living Breaks Ground on The Laurel in Bowling Green, KY

Triple Crown Senior Living, in partnership with Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of The Laurel, a new senior living community coming to Bowling Green, Kentucky. Set to open in Winter 2027, The Laurel will offer both Assisted Living and Memory Care services, expanding access to high-quality senior care in the region.
Located at 277 Plano Road, The Laurel marks the fourth collaboration between Triple Crown and Denton Floyd, supported by financing from American Bank and Trust and a number of dedicated local investors.
Designed to be a warm, engaging, and uplifting environment, The Laurel will feature thoughtfully planned spaces that encourage independence, connection, and well-being. Residents will enjoy enriching daily activities, freshly prepared meals, and personalized caregiver support tailored to their unique needs.
A highlight of the community will be the “Always Me” Memory Care Program, an innovative approach to caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The program emphasizes dignity, individuality, and meaningful daily experiences—ensuring each resident feels seen, valued, and supported.
