Position: Sales Consultant- Forest Hills Commons
Schedule: Part Time 30 hours a week

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Guest Relations / Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face and helpful hand of our assisted living community. This role blends hospitality and sales support, ensuring that every prospective resident, family member, and visitor experiences the warmth, professionalism, and care our community is known for.

Guest Relations Duties:
- Greet all visitors, prospects, and residents warmly and professionally.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries—by phone, email, or walk-in—providing information or routing appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and reception area as clean, welcoming, and organized.
- Coordinate and manage the visitor sign-in process, ensuring security and hospitality protocols are followed.
- Support community events, open houses, and tours by providing setup assistance and hospitality services.
Sales Support Duties:
- Assist with scheduling and conducting community tours for prospective residents and families.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or handwritten notes.
- Maintain accurate and current information in the CRM system.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and welcome packets.
- Help plan and participate in marketing and community outreach events.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, senior living, or sales support highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM software.
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor with a passion for working with seniors.
