We are looking for a dedicated Regional Nurse who is responsible for overseeing clinical care delivery across the region. This role ensures the highest standards of patient care, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance. The Regional Nurse works collaboratively with EDs and DONs to develop and implement policies that deliver quality resident care.
Essential Duties:
- Manage and analyze processes, KPIs and clinical data for optimal performance, utilize LMA
- Learn about each building and support from a clinical, operational and financial perspective
- Build solid relationships with all Executive Directors (ED) and their leadership teams
- Ensure buildings are maintaining all clinical regulations and are prepared for State Surveys
- Ensure buildings are delivering quality care, controlling costs and adhering to the Playbook
- Oversee clinical staffing costs to ensure EDs are hitting their budget and achieving desired NOI
- Utilize YARDI to verify clinical information is correct and scorecards are being met
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and state regulations
- Conduct mock surveys and audits in assigned buildings to ensure readiness for state survey
- Work closely with EDs and conduct a weekly meeting for your region
Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, required RN in good standing
- Minimum of five (5) years operations and clinical success, in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt
- Valid driver’s license & car Insurance and the ability to regularly travel throughout the territory
- Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
- Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
